  23. A good example is AmFTP in two-column mode. I use it on a 656x495
  24. screen, but sometimes that's not wide enough to display completely all
  25. the information (eg. dates and times) for the column I'm interested
  26. in. Typically I don't care about that information in my download
  27. directory but I want to know it for the ftp site, so I can slide the
  28. balancing bar all the way to the left. Occasionally the reverse is the
  29. case.
